A leading software and services company specializing in e‑Government solutions engaged SOFTEQ to modernize its proprietary e‑filing and case‑management product. SOFTEQ re‑engineered the platform around its interactive virtual interview technology and delivered an electronic filing portal (supporting bulk/free‑form/interactive filings), an Electronic Filing Manager, integrated ePayments and e‑customer care, routing/workflow, and enhanced statistical and financial reporting.
