KelCar, a car dealership service provider, engaged Softeq to expand its client–server deal management platform by adding a multiplatform (iOS/Android) mobile app for buyers and upgrading the web‑based dealer system. Softeq was selected for its mobile and web development experience and integration skills; the project required major customization to integrate multiple third‑party systems and add features such as VIN and driver‑license scanning.
Softeq delivered a Xamarin‑driven mobile app that takes buyers from vehicle selection through trade‑in evaluation, rebate and payment calculations, VIN scanning and purchase‑order finalization, tied to an upgraded web CRM integrated with services like AIS Rebates and DealerSocket. The combined solution automated workflows and centralized critical deal information, reducing paperwork, improving the buyer experience and enabling KelCar to close deals faster and boost dealer productivity.
