The customer, a provider of marketing strategy and multi-channel campaigns to global healthcare organizations, needed an iPad app to help pharmaceutical clients present and manage HTML marketing materials but their previous vendor lacked iOS expertise. They engaged Softeq to deliver a polished, easy-to-use presentation tool (HTML Slide Manager) that met high look-and-feel and functionality expectations.
Softeq implemented an iOS app that lets users view, edit, sort and assemble HTML slides, track per-slide view counts and securely transfer encrypted stats to the customer’s server using OpenSSL; the project followed a Waterfall methodology. Softeq delivered on time and on budget to the agreed specification, earning praise for rapid kickoff, clear change management, high-quality delivery and maintainable source code, with measurable slide-view analytics provided to the customer.
