The customer, a startup company offering on-demand parking and valet service in San Francisco, needed a mature mobile-app partner to build a seamless iOS experience for booking and paying for valet. They engaged Softeq to develop an iOS app that would support GPS routing, Apple Maps integration, QR code check-in/check-out and in-app payments.

Softeq delivered an Objective-C iOS app (with PHP/Node.js backend) that locates nearby valet services, provides routing, generates QR codes for secure check-in/out, sends push notifications to valets, and processes payments via Braintree over SSL; the team worked in Agile sprints. The app is available in the App Store, ongoing enhancements are in progress, and Softeq’s solution has enabled secure mobile booking and faster valet pickup and checkout for the startup.
