YipTV needed a service provider with live video streaming expertise to build a mobile Live TV app and a web CMS as a marketing and service-delivery tool. After positive feedback from Softeq’s existing clients and a strong streaming portfolio, YipTV engaged Softeq to develop an IPTV solution for Android and iOS and a back-end CMS to manage content and subscriptions.

Softeq delivered a multiplatform IPTV app and CMS that streams over 90 live channels across the U.S. via broadband, Wi‑Fi, 3G/4G/LTE, with features like channel guide, favorites, tag-based filtering, UI language switching, subscription/payment management, and secure user authentication. Built with multiple integrations (3rd-party video player, CDN, web back-end) and developed in Agile sprints, the solution is live on Google Play and Apple’s App Store and continues to be enhanced to improve the user experience.
