A Ble Enabled Luxury Wearable Accessory With Unique Smart Capabilities

WiseWear Corporation, a manufacturer of advanced wearable health and fitness devices, needed a partner to turn its vision of a luxury, BLE-enabled smart jewelry into a working product that fused fashion with technology. They engaged SOFTEQ for end-to-end hardware design, firmware development and mobile (iOS/Android) app implementation, plus production tooling and low-level engineering expertise to meet strict power, security and manufacturing requirements.

SOFTEQ delivered a BLE GATT–based smart bracelet with firmware and companion apps, two-way notifications, 6‑axis motion sensing, a VoIP-based iOS workaround for distress contacts, an automatic unpairing feature, and deep-sleep power optimization that enables up to five days of operation between charges. The solution also achieved BLE transmission through metal up to five times farther than conventional Bluetooth, is slated for release (pre-orders at wisewear.com), and SOFTEQ remains engaged to integrate the device with Google Fit and Apple HealthKit.
