Softeon DOM Unites Supply Chain Cycle in One Intelligent Hub

Sony DADC, a Sony Corporation subsidiary in the media and entertainment industry, needed to differentiate its physical and digital supply chain operations and become a contract logistics provider while reacting quickly to changing customer demands. To avoid major capital investments and minimize disruption, Sony DADC turned to Softeon and its supply chain platform, using solutions including Billing, Distributed Order Management (DOM), Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Demand Planning.

Softeon implemented a phased solution—starting with Billing to capture lost revenue, then DOM to speed heterogeneous-system onboarding, followed by a modern WMS (with reverse logistics) and Planning—to create a complete execution and planning stack. As a result, Sony DADC cut new-customer onboarding from 270 to 90 days or less, achieved 99.4% order fulfillment and 99.6% customer service satisfaction, gained end-to-end visibility with minimal disruption, and reduced IT footprint through reusable components.
