The Berkeley, Illinois company relied on manual inventory tracking and had no system to identify empty pallet locations, which hindered throughput and day‑to‑day order capacity. To address these challenges, Honey-Can-Do selected Softeon and its Softeon WMS.

Softeon implemented its WMS integrated with NetSuite ERP, enabling real‑time order receipt, automated empty-location assignment, and an efficient batch-picking process.
