Denso - Customer Case Study

Denso Manufacturing Tennessee, a major DENSO operation and leading supplier of automotive technology and components, faced shrinking warehouse space, limited visibility into inventory movement (raw materials and parts), and heavy manual effort for slotting and inventory movement. To address these challenges they engaged Softeon and selected the Softeon Warehouse Management System (WMS) along with Softeon’s Assembly & Kitting System (AMS).

Softeon implemented its WMS and AMS to automate slotting and kitting, provide real-time inventory tracking, and optimize storage utilization. The Softeon solution delivered improved inventory visibility, reclaimed and better-utilized warehouse space, and reduced manual labor for slotting and material handling—measurable improvements in operational efficiency, throughput, and workforce requirements.
