CEVA Logistics, a $6 billion global 3PL operating on every continent, faced rapidly increasing customer complexity and the need for rapid onboarding, unique billing for each client, and frequent changes across complex verticals. To replace multiple costly systems and standardize operations, CEVA engaged Softeon and deployed Softeon’s suite including the Warehouse Management System (WMS), Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI), Assembly & Kitting System (AMS) and Billing Management System (BMS).

Softeon implemented a location-by-location WMS rollout along with VMI, AMS and BMS, enabling fast system configuration and rapid onboarding of new customers, comprehensive per-customer billing, improved assemble-to-order and multi-level bill-of-material management, and better auditing. The Softeon solution increased real-time operational visibility and information capture for CEVA and its customers, streamlining operations and simplifying billing and compliance.
