ExitPoll System engaged Softengi to deliver an automated exit-polling solution capable of collecting responses from mobile devices (and other channels), presenting real-time results, performing parallel vote tabulation, tracking election violations, and visualizing and analyzing data. Softengi based the new ExitPoll Automated System on the Megapolis.SocialPoll platform and implemented a .NET server with Apache Cordova mobile apps for iOS and Android to meet the customer’s requirements.

Softengi delivered a two-part solution: a server-side campaign manager with role-based access, question/catalogue-driven questionnaires, GIS mapping and rich reporting (charts, tables, Excel export), plus mobile clients for geolocated surveys, timestamps, photo reports and violation tracking. Built in 1.5 months, the Softengi system was successfully used by the customer’s coordination centers during Presidential and Parliamentary elections to provide real-time results, parallel tabulation and streamlined incident monitoring.
