William Jewell College goes paperless with Etrieve by softdocs

William Jewell College worked with Softdocs to improve and streamline student and administrative processes. The college needed a better way to handle a large volume of paper-based forms and automate the Add/Drop process, while improving the overall student experience.

Softdocs implemented Etrieve’s prepopulating e-forms and rules-based workflows, integrated with Ellucian Colleague®, to digitize and automate campus forms. The registrar’s office consolidated more than 30 paper forms into 20 e-forms, and the solution has since expanded to over 70 electronic forms deployed across campus. William Jewell College also earned the 2017 Softdocs Customer Innovation Award for this work.
