Surry Community College partnered with Softdocs to address decades of paper student and business records that were taking up valuable space and were difficult to search, along with slow interoffice-mail-based approval processes. Results included freeing up office space, reducing approval times from days to less than 30 minutes in some cases, and cutting reimbursement processing from hours to minutes, while eliminating the risk of misfiling.
