Rockingham Community College launches 59 new forms in under 48 hours with Softdocs

Rockingham Community College faced the challenge of adding value to its new Ellucian Colleague ERP deployment and moving away from inefficient, manual paper-based processes across administrative and student services. They selected the Etrieve platform from Softdocs to provide the enterprise content management and print customization functionality they needed.

Softdocs implemented its Serve print customization tool to automate the printing of checks, tax forms, and student statements. This expanded into a full rollout of Softdocs' electronic forms and document management solutions, which digitized workflows and created a centralized electronic repository.
