Point University faced the challenge of its existing student information system sunsetting and its electronic signature provider raising rates. This prompted the university to seek a new, integrated campus-wide tech stack. By implementing the Softdocs platform, Point University digitized over 100,000 documents and built more than 120 electronic forms and workflows. The integration with Colleague automated manual steps and streamlined processes across departments. Softdocs provided significant cost savings, including roughly $6,000 annually on eSignatures and saving approximately three workdays per year in form updates, while improving operational efficiency campus-wide.
