Pepperdine University, a Softdocs customer since 2017, was looking to modernize its enterprise content management approach and move away from NolijWeb while continuing to support its Oracle PeopleSoft environment. The university needed a solution that could handle large-scale document migration and streamline processes across multiple departments.

Softdocs implemented Etrieve to support Pepperdine University’s ECM transformation, including migration of 4.6 million documents from NolijWeb to Etrieve. The solution is now used by 18 departments, supports more than 40 e-forms, and helped the university create a unique admissions scorecard through Etrieve Forms and integrations.
