Long-term Doc e customer makes the move to Etrieve and experiences the next generation of Sofdocs– enterprise-wide

Olivet Nazarene University, a private Christian liberal arts university in Bourbonnais, Illinois, had long struggled with paper-based processes, crowded office space, and slow retrieval times as document volumes grew across the institution. Using Softdocs’ document management tools, the university set out to replace basement storage, file cabinets, CD towers, and manual record searches with a more efficient electronic filing approach.

Softdocs helped ONU migrate from the legacy Doc e Suite to Etrieve Content, Etrieve Forms, and Etrieve Flow, while also using Doc e Serve for print customization and delivery. The university has since expanded to more than 4,500 users across campus, manages over 1 million documents, and supports 47 implemented forms, with faster access to records, more transparent workflows, and the ability to deliver documents in seconds instead of by scanning or mail.
