Glen Oaks Community College - Customer Case Study

Glen Oaks Community College partnered with Softdocs to modernize student services and other campus operations. The college needed a better way to manage years of paper-based records and cumbersome manual processes, especially for Early Middle College, dual enrollment, registration, and other student-facing workflows.

Using Softdocs’ Etrieve platform, including Etrieve Content, Forms, Flow, and Forms Builder, Glen Oaks digitized records and automated electronic forms and approvals across much of campus. The college streamlined processes for EDPs, accommodations notifications, allied health checklists, and more, reducing time spent collecting signatures, improving access for students, parents, and staff, and making records easier to route, track, and archive.
