Bulloch County Schools, a K-12 district in Statesboro, Georgia, needed a better way to manage documents and reduce the slow, paper-heavy processes in Human Resources and Payroll. Working with Softdocs, the district sought to improve onboarding, reimbursements, payroll processing, and document retention while staying within budget.

Softdocs implemented its ECM Platform with electronic forms, content management, print customization, and eDelivery to automate document workflows and archiving. The results included paperless personnel forms for roughly 90% of HR documents, the elimination of more than a dozen filing cabinets, reduced off-site paper storage, and faster turnaround times for reimbursements and contracts, with some processes dropping from days or weeks to just minutes.
