Softdel worked with a leading US based manufacturer of energy management solutions focused on unified lighting control. The customer needed a way to enable a DMX-512 interface for one of its modular lighting controllers, and selected Softdel for its lighting-domain expertise, in-house DMX-512 stack development, and integration capabilities.

Softdel ported and integrated its DMX-512 stack with the application layer of the modular lighting controller board, and also handled test case identification, unit and integration testing, bug fixing, and test report generation. The project was completed in just 1.5 months, delivering quick issue resolution, reduced customization effort, and a minimal memory footprint.
