The process was highly repetitive, involved interacting with multiple unstable desktop applications, and lacked API connectivity, making it a prime candidate for automation.
Using the UIPath robotic process automation (RPA) platform, Softcrylic developed a solution that automated the compensation offer task for over 900 buyers across multiple markets. The robot was designed to process requests, handle exceptions by notifying buyers, and log all activities. This automation reduced the manual effort from 170 hours to just 30 hours of developer work, saving approximately $75,000 in annual labor costs.
