R.J. O’Brien, a financial services firm with 570+ employees and about 10,000 invoices per annum, needed to overhaul disjointed accounts payable processes that were causing delays and inefficiencies across global jurisdictions. The company wanted a global solution with an intuitive user experience, an approval process that would let users authorize invoices by email, and full integration with its Infor Sun ERP system.

SoftCo provided end-to-end AP automation, including smart capture, matching, coding, and approval, with integration into Infor Sun Systems. The implementation created a centralized global AP process, improved control and visibility over invoices, and supported growth without a material headcount increase even as invoice volumes rose.
