Logitech, a global consumer electronics company, faced a fragmented accounts payable process across 30 EMEA sales offices where paper invoices were handled locally and then couriered to a central office in Switzerland, causing human error, payment delays, and high courier costs. To modernize AP, Logitech turned to SoftCo and deployed SoftCo AP (AP Automation).
SoftCo centralized capture, scanning, routing and storage with SoftCo AP and integrated the solution with Oracle to give organization-wide electronic invoice access. As a result, SoftCo delivered 100% visibility into invoice progression, automatic routing to the right personnel, simplified query handling and timely payments — and a five-person team now runs a streamlined AP function for the entire EMEA region while providing Logitech real-time views of invoices and accruals.
