Case Study: Iveco Capital achieves unified leasing & accounting, full data migration and regulatory compliance with SOFT4 (Soft4Leasing)

Iveco Capital Switzerland, a major lessor of Iveco commercial vehicles, needed to replace its unsupported legacy leasing and accounting system (Leasco) which could not meet evolving business, statutory and group policy requirements. After a formal selection and reference visit, Iveco chose SOFT4’s Soft4Leasing solution built on Microsoft Dynamics NAV to provide a single, integrated platform for leasing management and financial accounting with Swiss localization and multilingual support.

SOFT4 delivered Soft4Leasing with full data migration (historical records since 2000), integration to Iveco’s data warehouse, Swiss/IFRS-compliant accounting, multilingual document templates and user roles. The system went live on 6 April 2009, met the project’s scope, schedule and budget, achieved the required scalability (supporting the planned user and agreement volumes), reduced off-system workarounds and required less corrective maintenance than expected—allowing SOFT4 to implement additional enhancements during the initial support period.
