Social Ventures Australia launches multi-tenant youth employment platform with Soda Digital

Soda Digital was engaged by Social Ventures Australia (SVA) to digitize and bring online SVA's proprietary 'Review' toolkit. The challenge was to transform SVA's methodology for designing, delivering, and measuring youth employment programs into a streamlined digital platform, automating a large suite of tools and workflows to meet tight project guidelines.

The solution Soda Digital implemented was a secure, multi-tenant SaaS platform hosted in Microsoft Azure. This custom web application allows SVA and its partner NFPs to independently configure and run multiple youth employment programs with features like a program-creation wizard, automated surveys, and dynamic dashboards. The results exceeded expectations, enabling organizations to manage programs far more efficiently and cheaply in a controlled, systematic way, successfully advancing SVA's mandate to reduce youth unemployment.
