TONI Digital launches new insurance-as-a-service platform on Socotra’s cloud-native core

TONI Digital, a leading European insurtech, needed a fast, scalable white‑label insurance‑as‑a‑service solution to help large corporations enter the insurance market, deliver fully digital personal auto products, and expand into new lines without costly core customizations. To solve this, TONI Digital selected Socotra and its cloud‑native insurance core with open APIs as the underlying platform.

Using Socotra’s core, TONI Digital built a proprietary, self‑hosted pricing engine and third‑party integrations on top of a configurable platform, enabling automation of the entire insurance lifecycle and rapid product rollout. The result: TONI launched its personal auto service in about 10 months, now powers personal auto customers on three continents, and can add new products and distribution partners at unprecedented speed — all enabled by Socotra.
