Eproductive, a SaaS provider of people-management and performance software for hotels and UK charity retailers, depended on transactional email to run critical workflows but was struggling with poor deliverability and an unreliable vendor while sending about 100,000 emails per month. To address this, Eproductive selected SocketLabs and its cloud-based email platform to optimize outbound email performance and ensure data privacy compliance.

Eproductive migrated to SocketLabs’ platform, using SocketLabs’ documentation and Node.js sample code to integrate in under two days (evaluation server live within 30 minutes), and implemented robust delivery, bounce/complaint handling, and suppression controls. As a result, Eproductive now sends upwards of five million emails a year, with improved deliverability, richer performance reporting, GDPR compliance, and highly responsive customer support from SocketLabs.
