The customer, a leading global logistics service provider, was facing challenges scaling its APAC operations. Key issues included a lack of real-time inventory visibility, inefficient order fulfillment processes, and difficulty managing an expanding supply chain. They required a scalable and highly configurable solution to improve productivity and performance, leading them to partner with vendor Socius24 and implement Blue Yonder's Dispatcher WMS.

Socius24 implemented its User Services Portal (USP) as a web portal for the WMS. The solution provided internal users with tools to streamline complex processes like repacking and view performance metrics, while external customers gained the ability to remotely monitor their inventory and orders independently. As a direct result of Socius24's solution, the customer scaled successfully, growing from their first site in 2018 to over 30 live sites using the system combination by 2024.
