My Design Drops, an end-to-end home brand, worked with Socital to address a high bounce rate on product and category pages, especially around “heavy” goods and seasonal products. The company also wanted to improve visitor engagement across its wider furniture range and increase average order value.
Socital implemented exit-intent pop-ups on top-exit pages, triggering relevant upsell and cross-sell suggestions when visitors were about to leave. The result was a 89.36% increase in pages/session, a 157.71% increase in average session duration, a 52% increase in average order value, and a 171% higher sales conversion rate compared with the average conversion rate.
