ZALORA, one of Asia’s fastest-growing fashion e-tailers, needed to expand market share across seven South East Asian markets while overcoming differences in income levels, internet adoption, language, and culture. To meet this challenge, ZALORA worked with Sociomantic on programmatic display advertising to acquire new customers efficiently while maintaining strong customer acquisition costs and high average basket size.
Sociomantic implemented a programmatic solution using RTB, dynamic creative optimization, custom new-to-site segmentation, HTML5 mobile reach, and Facebook Exchange to deliver personalized product recommendations across desktop, mobile, and social inventory. Over a three-month test period, the campaign drove a 17% increase in new customer acquisition and a 12% increase in revenue contribution from Sociomantic campaigns.
