Posthaus, a major Brazilian fashion e-commerce platform, wanted to increase new users on its website in a highly competitive market where many connected consumers were already buying online. To meet this challenge, Posthaus worked with Sociomantic using programmatic advertising to help attract new visitors efficiently without overspending.
Sociomantic implemented a full-funnel programmatic strategy combining prospecting and retargeting, powered by RTB, Dynamic Creative Optimization, and custom new-to-site segmentation to exclude existing customers. The campaign delivered strong results: the average cost of acquisition for new users was 15% better than target, traffic from Sociomantic was about 80% new users versus Posthaus’ site average of 30%, and new visitors reached 11,000 per month by March 2016.
