Azul, the Brazilian airline and fast-growing low-cost carrier, wanted to increase traffic and sales for its TudoAzul online loyalty program in a highly competitive market. To do this within a short two-week campaign window, Azul partnered with Sociomantic to create a digital advertising campaign that would reach both new and existing customers and encourage them to engage with the loyalty site.

Sociomantic implemented a pooling and retargeting strategy using its real-time bidding technology and Stream Platform, targeting high-propensity users with personalized display ads across web, mobile web, and in-app. The campaign delivered strong results for Azul, driving a 358% increase in clicks, a 262% jump in impressions, an 18% uplift in post-view sales, and a 77% decrease in cost-per-click compared with the prior two weeks.
