CVC Group, Brazil’s largest travel agency, wanted to promote four key destinations—Aruba, Las Vegas, Lisbon, and Barbados—while driving qualified new users to its website and supporting both online and offline conversions. Working with Sociomantic, the company used programmatic advertising and prospecting campaigns to reach the right new audiences with tailored messages across devices in a competitive travel market.

Sociomantic implemented four Smart Reach prospecting campaigns, using custom segmentation to exclude existing customers, lookalike modeling to find high-potential new users, and dynamic creative optimization to personalize destination ads. The campaigns ran for about a month each and delivered more than 10,000 new users with an average 80% new-visitor rate, plus 129 post-click sales, helping CVC strengthen brand awareness and traffic while maximizing budget efficiency.
