Agent Provocateur, the British luxury lingerie retailer, worked with Sociomantic to expand beyond lower-funnel retargeting and find new potential customers with a higher likelihood to convert. Using Sociomantic’s programmatic advertising platform, the brand set out to drive this new audience to its website while maintaining premium audience quality and campaign efficiency.

Sociomantic implemented lookalike modeling for prospecting, programmatic buying, premium publisher whitelisting, and user-level frequency capping to target only new users similar to Agent Provocateur’s existing converters. The campaign delivered more than 1.2 million impressions, a 0.25% average CTR, a 92.35% share of new audience, a 26.44% bounce rate, 3.65 pages per session, and 2 minutes 31 seconds average time on site.
