Sociomantic, together with Eulerian Technologies’ tag management and analytics tools, enabled BrandAlley to pass CRM data in real time and match users to purchase-history profiles on any page. This expanded identifiable existing customers from 20% to 80% of retargeted users, allowed more granular bid and creative optimization, and delivered a significant lift in ROI, including 4x sales volume, 2x new customers, and 4x matched CRM profiles year over year.
