Sociomantic helped Forever 21 deliver personalized HTML5 ads at global scale across devices, operating systems, and browsers, using first-party data and real-time CRM integrations for cross-device targeting. The campaign delivered a 20% higher CTR on mobile web versus desktop, post-click conversion rates within 15% of desktop, and a 15% increase in overall campaign volume while maintaining the same ROAS.
