AllSaints Converts Prospects into First-Time Buyers with Full-Funnel Programmatic Advertising

AllSaints, the global fashion retailer, wanted to move beyond lower-funnel retargeting and test full-funnel programmatic advertising to drive new-user acquisition, engagement, and loyalty in the UK and US. It partnered with Sociomantic and used its full-funnel programmatic display solution, including prospecting and customer re-engagement campaigns, to reach users at different stages of the purchase journey.

Sociomantic implemented segmented campaigns for prospecting, new customer acquisition, and loyalty, while also helping AllSaints assess incrementality beyond last-click attribution. The result was strong performance across the funnel: Sociomantic drove 96.5% of AllSaints’ new-user display traffic in the UK and 91% in the US, increased post-click sales by 494% in the UK and 366% in the US, reduced eCPA by 63% in the UK and 29% in the US, and lifted ROI by 150% in the UK and 20% in the US.
