Microsoft’s Services Executive Board (SEB), led by Pradeep U.N., needed a way to engage C‑suite and board‑level customers, scale the volume and quality of attendee insights, and prove individual impact from event conversations. To solve that challenge, Microsoft adopted Socio’s white‑label mobile event app as the communication hub for SEB meetings.
Using Socio’s app—custom branding, digital agendas, attendee profiles, push notifications, polls, surveys, document libraries and integrations—Microsoft captured far deeper feedback and tracked outcomes. The results: a 782% increase in insights per attendee (from 1.7 to nearly 15) and a 300% increase in actions implemented per event (from 2 to 8), helping Microsoft win ITSMA’s Marketing Excellence Diamond Award while demonstrating clear, measurable impact.
