BLNKPG faced the challenge of running a large-scale hybrid summit in Indianapolis during the pandemic, bringing together about 750 in-person and virtual attendees while prioritizing safety, speed, and minimal physical contact. Socio provided on-site hardware (two check-in stations, each with three iPads and three badge printers), configured Fast Track self-service check-in, and integrated registration data so badges printed automatically. The result: branded, double-sided badges with QR codes to the Socio app printed in under 10 seconds per attendee, a faster, low-contact flow that supported 750 attendees and improved safety and operational efficiency—demonstrating Socio’s ability to scale a seamless in-person check-in.
