Otis Rolley, a Baltimore mayoral candidate and regular Twitter and Facebook user, launched an Online Ambassador program to connect directly with friends and supporters and extend his campaign’s reach. He partnered with SocialToaster, using the SocialToaster social marketing application to amplify his messages beyond his immediate followers.

SocialToaster implemented the Online Ambassador campaign so Rolley’s supporters could easily share campaign content with their own social networks, raising awareness and extending visibility across platforms. SocialToaster says this approach elevated Rolley’s campaign reach and was expected to significantly benefit his campaign.
