Avocados From Mexico, the nonprofit that coordinates marketing for Mexican Hass avocado growers, wanted to deepen social engagement, better connect with Hispanic audiences, and encourage moms to incorporate avocados into family meals. To move beyond organic posts and mobilize advocates, Avocados From Mexico partnered with SocialToaster to power an ambassador program around their Echale Challenge.

Using SocialToaster’s ambassador program, Avocados From Mexico built a community of over 10,000 ambassadors with a potential reach of more than 5,000,000 per post; in the first month the #EchaleChallengeContest and @AvosFromMexico were mentioned 9,362 times, generating 1,260,624 impressions, and Instagram entrants submitted over 500 photos. SocialToaster helped amplify user-generated recipes and tips, significantly increasing reach and engagement for the Echale Challenge.
