Thryv, a provider of all-in-one business management software, needed a reliable and scalable chat tool to integrate into its platform. The challenge was to provide a way for employees of their small business clients to communicate internally without leaving the Thryv app, thereby maximizing efficiency and streamlining daily operations.
The vendor Social Plus provided its Chat SDK for integration, which powered the new TeamChat feature. This solution enabled 1:1 chats, group channels, and file sharing within the Thryv platform. The results included faster communication and improved team management for users. Since its launch, the feature has been adopted by over 850 accounts and 2,800 users.
