Pita Pit, a quick-service restaurant franchise, partnered with digital marketing agency SocialMadeSimple for a Franchise Marketing Pilot Program. The challenge was for five of its franchise locations to use social media to drive measurable online orders and raise brand awareness.
SocialMadeSimple implemented a strategy using their proprietary SocialModo platform, combining localized social advertising with organic content publishing. The results were significant, with the program generating over 366,000 ad impressions, 5,600 clicks, and 153 redeemed promo codes. SocialMadeSimple also dramatically increased the franchises' content output, publishing 180 posts during the pilot compared to 52 in the prior three-month period, leading to a massive increase in social media reach.
