Firefly Music Festival identified the challenge of harnessing the enthusiasm of its most passionate and influential fans, known as "planners," who naturally organize groups of friends to attend events. They partnered with the vendor SocialLadder to create a formalized program to engage these key advocates.

Using SocialLadder's platform, Firefly built a gamified ambassador community for 1,600 superfans. These fans were challenged to recruit their friends and create content, which they did effectively. The solution delivered significant results: over 2,000 friends were recruited and more than 13 million impressions were generated.
