How the Royal Society of Chemistry transformed LinkedIn Live into diverse video content

The Royal Society of Chemistry, a UK professional association, needed a better way to create and distribute video across its global community. Its existing setup was costly, logistically complex, and too dependent on travel and a headquarters-based studio, making it difficult to feature members and leaders from around the world. The team also wanted a smoother way to run LinkedIn Live events and create more diverse content at scale.

Socialive’s CreatorSuite gave the Royal Society of Chemistry a flexible platform to livestream, remotely record, and quickly edit/publish video from anywhere. With Socialive, the team doubled the number of events they could produce, saved 30 minutes to one hour of editing/file-transfer time per video, reduced costs and carbon footprint, and featured more underrepresented voices and senior leaders in both long-form and snackable content.
