A leading global beauty and cosmetics company with a portfolio of iconic brands needed a way to unify strategy and voice across teams, increase social media traffic and message relevance, and centralize workflow and planning. They launched a six-month pilot across six brands, twelve social handles and three networks to reduce the time employees and agencies spent publishing so they could focus on content creation.
SocialFlow powered roughly 5,000 messages during the pilot and used optimization engines to publish when audiences were most receptive, eliminating guesswork and scheduling overhead. Optimized posts averaged 537 engagements versus 117 for other posts (a 359% lift), with brand-level gains ranging 102%–545%; the top 1% of posts generated about half of total engagement. Teams reported greater efficiency and more time for creative work.
