Powering India's First Data Driven News Comedy Show

All India Bakchod (AIB), the Indian comedy group behind the news comedy series *On Air with AIB*, wanted to use humor to tackle serious systemic issues such as corruption, fire safety, HIV/AIDS, and sex education. They partnered with SocialCops to provide the data insights and analysis needed to support the show’s fact-based storytelling.

SocialCops powered the series by aggregating and analyzing data for 16 topics, drawing from more than 100 sources and over 60 RTI requests, plus public opinion research and Google Trends/news data. The work produced 250 data insights that helped shape 10 aired episodes, giving AIB the evidence needed to present serious issues in a sharp, accessible format.
