Evaluating Malaysian Police Stations with Data

The Royal Police of Malaysia partnered with SocialCops and Frost & Sullivan to evaluate the performance of 98 police stations across Johor, Malaysia. Their challenge was to combine police and citizen feedback into a clear, data-driven way to identify the best-performing stations and officers.

SocialCops helped build an interactive scorecard and dashboard using survey data from three primary studies: CSI perception, CSI transaction, and Employee Satisfaction Index (ESI). The solution provided KPI tracking, ranking, geospatial mapping, and drill-down views for each survey, making it easier to spot high- and low-performing clusters and surface insights that would have been hard to see in a table.
