A SocialCops Case Study
The Swades Foundation partnered with SocialCops to improve how it monitored its rural empowerment and holistic development work across villages in Maharashtra. Working toward its goal of impacting 1 million people, the organization needed a reliable way to gather household-level data across six development verticals, including education, health, agriculture, sanitation, and livelihoods.
Using SocialCops’ Collect mobile data collection app, Swades Foundation captured real-time field data on demographics, education, livestock, indebtedness, and more. The solution supported 250 surveyors, 20 question types, skip logic, validations, geotagging, and offline syncing, helping the team gather 75,000 survey responses with consistent, low-friction data collection in low-connectivity rural areas.
