Oly Ortho Sees a 7,400% Increase in Reviews

Olympia Orthopaedic Associates, the largest full-service orthopaedic group in the South Puget Sound area, wanted to improve its online reputation because its patient reviews were too few to accurately reflect the positive care it delivered. With only about three Google reviews a month, each review had an outsized effect on its star rating, and the team needed a solution that would increase reviews without creating extra work for staff. With SocialClimb, Olympia Orthopaedic Associates automated text and email review requests sent within 24 hours of care, centralized review monitoring, and set up alerts for negative feedback. After implementing SocialClimb in March 2018, Google reviews rose from about three per month to over 200 per month, a 7,400% increase, while total Google reviews surpassed 6,800 and total reviews across platforms exceeded 13,000. Its Google star rating improved from 3.6 to 4.8, and monthly calls from business profiles grew from about 715 to over 4,300, showing a major boost in visibility and patient inquiries from SocialClimb.
